On what software you work?We are work on Matrix 8.0, Matrix 9.0, MatrixGold and also Keyshot.

How do i know that you will get me what i want perfectly.Well i can follow instruction really well and with my experience i can help you get the best design i will need similar picture of what you want to design or sketch drawing and i will make sure to get that perfectly

Do you have jewellery manufacturing experience?Yes, We have more than 9 years of experience in studded jewelry manufacturing

Do your work printable?Yes, We make every design with keeping in mind that, its going to be real, So I take minimum thickness required for printing. And if some design are very small (in which the thickness go below slandered), We say no to customer.

Can you do organic designs?No, We do only jewelry studded work and high end jewelry and not organic pattern.

What is the estimated time for delivery?Depends on complexity of design, it took between 1-5 days. If there are some revision then it may take more time.

Do you sell ready to print STL files?Yes, We have a good collection, you can ask me If you required them.

Can you design a product in 3D other then jewelry.Yes as I work on Matrix 0.9 & MatrixGold, I can design a product other then jewelry.

Which file you will deliver?We deliver the STL OR OBJ file of the model which is fully compatible with any 3d printer. Other formats can also be provided if needed.

Can you provide me with customized jewelry renders in different colors so i can show them to the customers ?Yes absolutely, We will give you renders in different gold colors and different gem colors so you can satisfy your costumers desires.
